Confirmation is the preparation for a life-long journey of faith in Jesus Christ.
Christians celebrate personal growth and the growth of a healthy Church community. They want new members to be equipped and empowered to take their place in the Church with responsibility and confidence. Confirmation is a process in which the whole Church family takes part.
As a candidate for Confirmation you need to be ‘ready with your own mouth and from your own heart to affirm your faith in Jesus Christ’. This is a whole Church community affair with the whole family being invited to share in the candidate’s decision, by promising to welcome ‘and uphold them in their life in Christ
