This is the central act of public worship at St Nicholas Church. We have a Sunday service which supported by our choir and organist with congregational singing and anthems by the choir. A sermon is preached on scriptural themes. Holy Communion is distributed to all who are in communion in their own church and whose tradition is to receive the sacrament. There is a childrens’ Sunday Club during the service.
The duration is about 75-minutes. This service is streamed on Facebook and YouTube.
The service is then normally followed by teas, coffees and other drinks for youngsters as requested. Biscuits and usually cake is also available.
All are welcome.
